What to Expect in Sessions

Your first sessions will focus on understanding your current challenges, goals, and what brought you to counseling. From there, sessions may include guided reflection, skill-building exercises, and mind-body practices designed to help you feel present, aware, and supported.

Over time, individual counseling can lead to clearer thinking, emotional stability, and a stronger connection to yourself and your life purpose. Sessions are 50 minutes and available in-person or online through a secure telehealth platform.

Insurance and Billing

Healthridge accepts many major insurance plans for individual therapy. Sessions are available in-person and online through a secure telehealth platform.

For private pay clients, we offer flexible and sliding-scale options for those who qualify. Our goal is to make therapy accessible, confidential, and supportive, so you can focus fully on your growth, healing, and self-discovery.
