What is clinical supervision?
Clinical supervision is a professional guidance process where therapists-in-training receive support, feedback, and mentorship from experienced clinicians. It helps you develop skills, navigate challenging cases, and reflect on your professional growth.

Our Approach
At Healthridge, supervision is experiential, reflective, and mind-body informed. We don’t just review cases; we guide you in real-time skill practice, self-reflection, and professional growth. Through discussion, role-play, and observation, you learn to navigate complex clinical situations while developing confidence and presence in your interventions.

A key focus of our approach is exploring and challenging countertransference. By reflecting on your own emotional and physiological responses in the therapy room, you gain insight into both your clients’ needs and your own professional patterns. This helps you respond more effectively, ethically, and empathetically.

Integrating mind-body awareness, we support trainees in noticing how stress, tension, and embodied reactions show up in sessions, allowing you to practice grounding, regulation, and presence alongside clinical skills. This combination of practical guidance, experiential exercises, and embodied insight helps you integrate knowledge, confidence, and emotional awareness into your clinical practice.
